The student will work as part of the DGCE office team to support the development and implementation of all work within the division. Responsibilities will include but not limited to assisting with general office administration, assisting faculty with photocopying, assisting with marketing of graduate programs via traditional methods and the use of Slate, organizing in-person and virtual events, researching and assisting with the development of potential future graduate programs, and reconciling division expenses and tracking grant budget expenditures.
Job Requirements:
Positive personality, creative thinker.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Competency with Microsoft Office applications, Office 365.
Ability to work with structure and also independently.
Strong organizational skills.
Flexible work schedule.
Additional Information:
This position is open only to students currently enrolled at MCLA.
