Role Description
Massac Memorial Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Phone Nurse for a full-time, on-site position in Metropolis, IL. In this role, you will provide professional nursing support to the clinic by addressing patient inquiries via phone, assisting with appointment scheduling, and offering guidance on medications and care instructions. Responsibilities include recording detailed patient information, coordinating between providers and patients, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Illinois or eligibility for licensure.
- Proficiency in patient communication, phone-based support, and addressing healthcare concerns with empathy.
