Job Overview
Massa Gallery is a wholesale furniture company looking for motivated Sales Representatives to help us grow our dealer network across the United States.
This is a commission-only contract opportunity for experienced sales reps who already work with furniture stores, home decor shops, mattress stores, discount furniture stores, or other retail businesses. Sales representatives will promote Massa Gallery products, build relationships with new and existing customers, and help generate wholesale orders.
Representatives are allowed to carry other non-conflicting brands, making this a great opportunity for independent sales reps who want to add a strong wholesale furniture line to their current portfolio.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position.
Sales Representatives earn commission on completed sales.
There is no base salary. Earnings are based on sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Promote Massa Gallery wholesale furniture products to furniture stores, dealers, and retail businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present catalogs, weekly specials, pricing, and product information to potential buyers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Follow up with customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person when needed.
- Generate new accounts and help expand Massa Gallery’s sales territory.
- Collect customer information and assist customers with order inquiries.
- Keep basic records of customer communication, leads, and sales activity.
- Work independently while communicating with the Massa Gallery team for pricing, availability, and order support.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, especially in furniture, home decor, mattress, wholesale, retail, or B2B sales.
- Existing customer network in furniture or retail is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable contacting customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Basic understanding of pricing, products, and customer follow-up.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
