AT&T Crew Member - Entry Level

We’re hiring an ambitious individual to join us as an Entry Level AT&T Crew Member. This role involves direct customer interaction, focusing on introducing and selling a suite of services from our partner AT&T, to local businesses. The Entry Level AT&T Crew Member will learn the entire sales process from the inside out, with your contributions directly impacting the company's growth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities of an Entry Level AT&T Crew Member:

• Conduct customer outreach to introduce our services and secure initial interest in our AT&T product line.
• Be responsible for delivering value-based pitches and closing new sales for telecom services in a designated territory.
• Initiate and nurture professional relationships with key contacts and stakeholders within local businesses.
• Work consistently to meet and exceed daily activity and weekly revenue targets set by the management team.
• Accurately manage and report on the progression of leads and opportunities within the sales pipeline.
• Develop deep expertise in all AT&T offerings and effectively articulate their technical features into clear customer benefits.
• Handle post-sale administrative duties efficiently, ensuring all sales orders are processed correctly and on time.

• Can start training and working in the Worcester area promptly.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
