Mass Media Sales Group is a specialized sales firm working with local businesses and customers to bring them improved telecommunications solutions from our client, AT&T. We are looking for an AT&T Account Representative to facilitate our business and customer division. In this role, the AT&T Account Representative is responsible for effectively communicating the value of AT&T products and services to customers. You will present solutions such as Business Internet and wireless services in a clear, customer-focused way that meets individual needs.
With strong attention to detail, our AT&T Account Representative ensure all information shared with customers is accurate, consistent, and aligned with AT&T standards. You will stay up to date on current promotions and offerings, helping deliver a seamless and professional customer experience while supporting overall sales and service goals.
AT&T Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Introduce AT&T products and services during knowledgeable, professional sales conversations with local businesses and customers
- Maintain accurate and consistent information when presenting offers to businesses and customers, ensuring alignment with AT&T standards and guidelines.
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and competitor offerings to better assist customers and answer questions confidently.
- Assist in maintaining organized records of customer activity and follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer and business experience.
- Prepare reporting and analysis by compiling sales metrics, budget tracking, and compliance summaries to support decision‑making for customers
AT&T Account Representative Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, brand awareness, or sales is preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills to articulate AT&T product and service initiatives, features, and promotions clearly and confidently
- Keeps tasks organized and on schedule across multiple initiatives
- Uses data to help refine brand performance and optimize sales direction
- Flexible mindset that thrives in dynamic business-driven workflows
Pay: $1,400.00 - $2,100.00 per week
