We are a premier stone manufacturing business looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to join our team in Acton. This is an in-office role where you will be the face of the company, guiding homeowners, contractors, and designers through our stone selection and fabrication process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote and sell products or services by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure professional and friendly interactions at all times.
- Assist with client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order entries efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service quality, and meet sales targets.
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred.
- Strong sales background with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills are essential.
- Experience in outbound calling, data entry, and analysis skills will help you succeed in this role.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including call etiquette and client engagement techniques.
- Prior cash handling experience and typing proficiency are beneficial for efficient transaction processing.
