Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts to advance our mission. As a not-for-profit, we support patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving to provide exceptional care. We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.

The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity established by Mass General Brigham to provide patient-centered, high-quality, and innovative community-based ambulatory care. This initiative is part of Mass General Brigham’s unified system strategy, which aims to bring health care services closer to patients while simultaneously reducing overall health care costs. The Medical Group offers a comprehensive array of services, including primary and specialty care, behavioral and mental health services, and urgent care. Care is delivered both digitally and at physical locations across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. In addition, the group provides outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion services. There is a strong commitment to ensuring patients receive coordinated and comprehensive experience at all locations, guaranteeing that each patient has access to the appropriate level of care throughout the system’s delivery sites.

Our Concord Family Medicine office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for patients of all ages. The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being.

We are seeking an experienced, full-time 40-hour Nurse Practitioner to support our office located at 80 Beharrell Street, Concord MA, 01742. We are open to our patients Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The NP’s weekly schedule will consist of 32 hours of clinical, patient-facing time and 8 hours of administrative time. The NP will be able to select their preferred administrative day (option to choose any day except for Monday or Friday). The administrative day can also be remote.

Are you ready to bring your talent to this team and join us in driving medicine forward? Interested applicants should please be aware that this office has a large pediatric population. The NP will also carry their own panel of approximately 900 patients to enhance practice operations, increasing patient volume and efficiency while providing excellent patient care and experience. This includes traditional primary care visits and same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team.
