Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
1 year of experience in community outreach, health education, or related field required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various populations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and provide advocacy for all populations and communities preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
Schedule and Location
- Full time (40 hours) Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- Hybrid work model
- Covering Fish Center for Women's Health and Brigham Physician Group at 850 Boylston Street, Brookline
