Job Title: Automotive Tech Light duty Diesel and Gas
Location: Mass Diesel Performance, Bellingham, MA
Mass Diesel Performance is seeking a motivated Automotive Technician specializing in gas, light-duty diesel, or both. Join our clean, climate-controlled shop and work on routine maintenance, diagnostics, general repairs, and performance upgrades—from mild to wild.
Schedule & Employment:
- Full-time or part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- No weekends required; overtime available but optional
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair gas and diesel engines
- Perform routine services: oil changes, brakes, tires, engine/transmission work, wiring
- Run and interpret diagnostic tests using factory and aftermarket equipment
- Write detailed inspection reports and repair plans
- Collaborate with fellow techs to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs
- Stay updated with industry best practices and manufacturer updates
Qualifications:
- Automotive experience required; diesel or gas engine experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
- General techs eager to grow in diesel or performance repair
