Job Title: Pallet Repair Person

Pay: Piece-rate — pay is based on the number of pallets repaired (the more you complete, the more you earn)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Pallet Repair Person to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical role for someone who takes pride in quality work and can perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay is production-based, so motivated workers have the opportunity to increase their earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect pallets to identify broken, cracked, or missing boards
- Remove damaged boards and replace them with new ones
- Nail/hammer boards securely to meet quality standards
- Sort pallets by condition (repairable vs. scrap)
- Stack and organize completed pallets
- Operate basic hand tools and/or pneumatic nail guns
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- No experience required — on-the-job training provided
- Prior warehouse, construction, or manual labor experience a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
