What are the responsibilities and job description for the License Practical Nurse (FT) 3 to 11pm position at MASONIC HOME OF VIRGINIA?
The Masonic Home of Virginia is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) serving over 200 residents located in Henrico, VA. A resident centered care approach is the focus of our staff who provide assistance to our residents in a compassionate and high quality manner.
This position will direct Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver quality nursing care to the residents of the Masonic Home of Virginia. At least 1 year of experience is preferred. Previous experience in healthcare with a general knowledge of nursing care preferably in a long term care or continuing care retirement community setting. Serving the elderly is also preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with residents, staff, and providers.
