Are you a compassionate, driven PT looking to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Masonic Care Community is seeking a full-time PT to join our fast-paced, collaborative rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility with a growing short-term rehabilitation program. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists, nurses and physicians in a patient-centered environment with supportive leadership and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents in both short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and outpatient settings.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services.
- Complete timely and accurate point of service documentation.
- Effectively manage an independent caseload while maintaining productivity and ensuring quality care.
- Provide treatment through individual, group, and concurrent therapy as clinically appropriate.
- Excellent communication and collaborative team approach.
- Participate in occasional weekend and holiday coverage on a rotating basis.
Qualifications
- Current New York State Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
- Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to person-centered, quality care.
- Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred; however, new grads are welcome to apply

The base salary range for this position is $85K - $92,600k per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments.
The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
