Job Summary;

Prepares meals for all residents and employees in an appealing and timely manner and maintains acceptable sanitation levels of utensils and equipment. May supervise employees in the absence of the Chef.

Hours of work would include: 5:30am - 1:30pm, 6:00am - 2:00pm, 10:30am - 6:30pm

Qualifications;

Two years quantity or institutional cooking experience in all phases, entrees, salads, desserts.

Knowledge of sanitation, stockroom and storage procedures.

Regional, cultural, diverse menu development.

Neat, clean appearance.

Job Type: part-time

The base range for this position is $21.12 - $22.70 per hour commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
