Summary
Responsible to assist nursing personnel in providing care with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a qualified licensed nurse. In concert with the interdisciplinary team, is responsible for assuring each resident experiences the best possible quality of life.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Satisfactory completion of nurse aide course, and NYS certification required. (CNA trainees must have worked in a Health Care Facility for 6 months or more.)

The base range for this position is $20.50 - $22.79 per hour commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments.
