Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are a fast-growing insurance agency specializing in Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance. The SDR role is critical to our success—your job is to create opportunities for our licensed producers by qualifying leads and transferring high-intent prospects in real time.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on activity, competition, and measurable results.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Core Responsibilities (What You Do Every Day)

1. Outbound Prospecting

• Make high-volume outbound calls to agency-provided leads
• Follow up on inbound leads quickly (speed-to-lead is critical)
• Re-engage aged or unconverted leads

2. Lead Qualification

• Identify:
• Decision maker
• Current insurance situation
• Interest level / intent
• Ask structured questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit

3. Live Call Transfers

• Transfer qualified prospects in real time to licensed producers
• Provide a brief handoff summary so the producer can close efficiently
• Ensure a smooth transition from SDR sales
