Our growing High Tech clients is looking for a SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Director to oversee all aspects of external financial reporting. In the role you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of their financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully managed SEC and technical accounting matters in past roles and has worked in the Big 4 or other CPA firm previously.
A CPA with 10 years of experience and who is a subject matter expert on US GAAP and SEC regulations is required. This is an in office work environment in Santa Clara, CA.
Salary : $195,000 - $240,000
