Graphic Designer / Creative Specialist

Our client is looking for a bold visual storyteller who sees design as more than aesthetics—you see it as communication, experience, and emotion. In this role, you will transform complex ideas into striking visuals that inspire action, elevate our brand, and reach audiences across the globe.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day design projects across digital, print, social, experiential, and branded environments—everything from event visuals to social campaigns, infographics, email UX, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to concept and execute design-forward campaigns that engage and influence.
• Champion and evolve our visual identity and design system—upholding creative excellence and brand consistency across every touchpoint.
• Seek out fresh creative ideas, new tools, and emerging design mediums to push our multimedia content forward.
• Manage multiple projects with precision, deliver on deadline, and maintain a consistently high visual standard.
• Partner closely with our Vice President, Chief of Staff, and Content Strategy leadership to bring strategic stories to life.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic, digital, or creative design in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual communication
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social platforms, and web design best practices
• Must be available on-site in NYC

Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00 Hourly, negotiable depending on experience
