Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Our client is looking to add home health registered nurses (RN) throughout New York. As an RN for a CHHA, you will visit patients in their home to complete assessments and deliver skilled nursing care for various patients.
Responsibilities for Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse
- Perform home care assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans.
- Implement the Plan of Treatment, including wound care, injections, medication management, etc.
- Supervise home health aides.
- Document patient care accurately.
Requirements for Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in New York.
- Prior home care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Compensation for Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse
- Salary Range: $95K - $110K
