Client Service Associate
A growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm is seeking a Client Wealth Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to a team of Financial Advisors.
- Maintain and service client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and portfolio reports.
- Handle cash inflows and outflows, money movements, and account transfers.
- Monitor asset allocations and cash balances to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Open, set up, and monitor new client accounts and onboarding documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in client service or operations within an RIA or investment management firm.
- Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
- Familiarity with custodial platforms such as Fidelity and Schwab.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
