Masis Professional Group is assisting our manufacturing client in searching for a Bilingual ProductionSupervisor in Leominster MA .
This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prefers a condensed 3-4 day work week (day or night 12-hour shifts).
This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can supervise production employees, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and keep operations running smoothly during overnight production hours.
Pay Range: $70,000 to $80,000 ( 10% shift differential), based on experience excellent benefits
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production employees and temporary staff during overnight operations
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and machine performance
- Assign work and coordinate staffing based on production needs
- Troubleshoot production and workflow issues in real time
- Enforce safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies
- Conduct shift hand-offs and communicate updates with management
- Support employee training, cross-training, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with production schedules, staffing coordination, and safety standards
