Mashiso Asian Grille, Inc. in North Olmsted, OH is looking for Crew Members to join our team and specialize in preparing our hot food items. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable and a team player. We are currently looking for someone to work primarily at night.
All Crew members at Mashiso Asian Grille also receive cash tips averaging an additional $2/hour.
Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and accurate preparation of only 8 hot food items in our quick service setting
- Maintain a clean and stocked station
- Maintain health and safety standards to regulations
- Coordinate with other team members to provide our guests with a consistent experience
Qualifications
- Some cooking experience...We will train!
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task

We are looking for individuals who are available to work anywhere from 20-40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate(s) would have grill experience in a Quick Service environment or equivalent. As a Grill team member at Mashiso you will be responsible for preparing hot food items for service and catering orders, as well as maintaining a clean work area in our open kitchen. Additional responsibilities will include some food and vegetable prep.
Experience on a charbroiler a big plus. An emphasis will be placed on consistency and the ability to work at a fast pace when needed .
Experience in a quick service environment is preferred, but not required. Less experienced applicants will be considered for other positions.
