What are the responsibilities and job description for the Saute and Grill Cook position at Rosewood Grill - Westlake?
The Rosewood Grill in Westlake is looking to add an experienced line cook to the team. As part of the Hospitality Restaurants family of restaurants we have been serving Northeast Ohio for 30 years.
The cook we are looking for will be career minded, have excellent knife skills, be able to work all stations (saute, broiler, middle, pantry) and be a team player. You also must have excellent time management skills, stay organized and work cleanly, and be able to produce quality plates under pressure. Night and weekend availability as well as reliable transportation is a must.
