Position: Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead - Enterprise Backend

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot, delivering APIs with 99.9% uptime handling 10,000 daily transactions
- Architect database schemas, optimize queries, and implement caching strategies to improve performance by 30-40%
- Lead teams of 6-8 engineers across onsite/offshore locations; conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Implement event-driven architecture (Kafka), security protocols (OIDC/JWT), and cross-system integrations
- Manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker) and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Debug production issues, implement monitoring/logging solutions, and ensure system reliability
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
- 15 years Java development; 8 years enterprise architecture; 5 years technical leadership
- Production experience with microservices, Oracle databases, and high-scale systems (100K users)
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Java 8, 11, 17, 21 ; Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA
- RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, Oracle PL/SQL
- Git, Maven, JUnit/Mockito, Agile/Scrum
- Microservices design patterns and SOLID principles
