• Location: Naples, FL
  
  

• Pay: $53–$69 per hour, based on experience
  
  

• Position: Full-time, hospital-based
  
  

• Experience: Minimum one year of relevant pharmacist experience
  
  

• License: Active Florida pharmacist license
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Review medication orders for accuracy, safety, and therapeutic appropriateness
  
  

• Evaluate patient medication profiles for interactions, allergies, and duplicate therapies
  
  

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on medication-related questions
  
  

• Support safe medication preparation, dispensing, and pharmacy operations
  
  

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and maintain required documentation
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  
  

• Ability to communicate effectively with the healthcare team
