Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary ranging from $250,000 for new graduates/residents up to $295,000 for experienced physicians
- Annual Incentive Bonus with achievable performance goals and recent physician payouts ranging from $45,000 to $85,000
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Collaborative interdisciplinary care team including nurses, MAs, case managers, social workers, and community outreach specialists
- Dedicated support for care coordination, patient navigation, and population health management
- Continuous professional development and training in value-based care
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active or eligible Alabama medical license
- Technologically savvy physician strongly preferred
- Experience in value-based care is a significant plus
