Seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in a vibrant retirement community, replacing a departing physician. Serve a concentrated, geriatric patient population of 2,600 residents. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with a manageable volume of 12-14 patients daily (20 minutes per patient).. The robust clinical team includes 1 Medical Director, 1 other Physician, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and dedicated support staff (MA, RN for wound care, RN supervisor, and office manager).

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary & Bonus: Competitive base salary up to $300,000, plus performance bonus potential.
- Malpractice Coverage: Covered by the employer, including tail coverage.
- Time Off: 156 hours of annual vacation time and 7 paid holidays.

- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions, with a focus on the geriatric population.
- Maintain a high-quality standard of care during 20-minute patient appointments.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director, other physicians, and advanced practice providers (NPs).
- Participate in a low-frequency, rotational call schedule (by phone) approximately every 5th or 6th weekend.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board Certification (BC) is required.
- Trained in Primary Care, Geriatric Care, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine.
