Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient
- No call (no nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities)
- Scoping days: ~14 procedures | Clinic days: ~20 patients
- 12 mid-levels & 14 physicians across the group
- EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine)
- All major insurances accepted
- Base salary : Mid $500Ks for new grads | Up to $600K for experienced
- Long-term earning potential : $700K – $1M
- Productivity-based RVU bonus
- Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview)
