Position Overview

• Title : Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (General Psychiatrists with youth experience also considered)
• Location : Danbury, CT
• Schedule : 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s); hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care
• Call : Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients 1 weekend every 4 weeks
• Start Date : Immediate (1 provider leaving now, 1 by year-end)

• Team Composition : 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level
• Patient Volume : 150–200 patients/week across the group
• Population : ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment)

• Base Salary : $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater)
