Regional Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Inspires their team through positive interaction and engaging attitude
- Creates a self-managed environment through coaching and development
- Execution of operational tasks with effective time management skills
- Reviews and approves store schedules to ensure they meet company policy for staffing model expectations, ensuring staffing adjustments are made as needed to meet the needs of the business
- Maintains compliance and consistency with current policies, procedures and standards to maintain Mas Wireless objectives and culture values at all times
- Gives support to their Store Managers and lead them to achieve sales targets and metrics.
- Holds consistent meetings with Store Managers to discuss daily day to day sales and operations, upcoming events, special promotions and trainings
- Recruits, leads, coaches, mentors and develops and manages team of Stores and Sales employees. Perform other related duties as assigned or needed
- Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Pinpoint performance gaps, addressing them with urgency by providing on the spot coaching and escalating issues as needed.
- Respond to customer concerns quickly, effectively and courteously
- Utilize google and yelp daily for customer feedback and be proactive on the comments
- High School Diploma or GED required with one to 2 plus years of retail management experience, management 2 years’ experience.
- Willingness to work Full time 45 plus hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary.
- Strong recruiting and coaching ability
- Personable, motivated, excellent communication skills, professionalism, problem solving,
- Phone skills, computer skills, Multi-tasking
- Effective teaching and mentoring in communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
