What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Present customized home improvement solutions
• Educate customers on the benefits of energy-efficient windows, doors, roofing, and siding
• Build trust and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare proposals and close sales
• Follow up as needed and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience required
• Home improvement sales experience preferred (windows, doors, roofing, siding, remodeling, HVAC, or solar)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
