Alco Products, Inc is looking for an Inside Home Sales Rep to assist customers in transforming their houses into beautiful, long-lasting homes. Based in Rockville, MD, you will be provided with prescreened leads/appointments every week to call on. You will start selling windows, doors, and roofing, with the opportunity to move into more custom projects like siding and decking/outdoor living. Alco will provide you with the training and support necessary to move you forward in your career.
We are looking for a full-time, energetic Home Improvement Sales Representative to help continue our 30% year-over-year growth!
Alco Products, Inc. based in North Bethesda, MD., is a 3rd generation, family-owned, and operated residential remodeling company servicing Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington D.C. in the design and installation of replacement windows, doors, siding, roofs, gutters, and decks. As a result, we are now growing tremendously, and we need a professional Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our team!

A little bit about the position:
Our Sales team focuses on residential, remodeling home improvement sales. You will meet with homeowners to diagnose needs, design options, present solutions, and close deals! We have an amazing, nationally proven sales process that is consultative-based and completely professional in every way!
Some qualifications include:
- 1 years of Home Improvement Sales
- Intermediate experience using a CRM
- Construction knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
