Are you a "fix-it" enthusiast who enjoys a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Maryland Golf and Country Clubs (MGCC) is looking for a reliable, hands-on Clubhouse Maintenance Crew Member to help us keep our premier facilities in championship condition.
As a staple of the Bel Air community since 1961, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for our members. You’ll be the backbone of that experience, ensuring the clubhouse is safe, functional, and looking its best.
Key Responsibilities
General Repairs: Handle day-to-day fixes involving basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and lighting to catch issues before they start.
Aesthetics: Assist with interior painting, drywall repairs, and flooring upkeep to maintain our high standards.
Event Setup: Work with our banquet team to move furniture and prepare spaces for weddings, golf tournaments, and member events.
Safety First: Ensure all walkways are clear and emergency systems (like fire extinguishers and exit signs) are fully operational.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in general maintenance, facility operations, or a related trade.
The "Can-Do" Spirit: A proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the shift.
Professionalism: You’ll be working in member-facing areas; a polite demeanor and tidy appearance are essential.
Reliability: Since we are a private club, punctuality and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.
