Our Management Trainee team is focused on making renewable energy accessible and affordable to homeowners throughout Maryland and we’re seeking a competitive and career-focused Management Trainee who’s ready to grow into a leadership role within our organization.
As the Management Trainee, you’ll learn the ins and outs of community solar programs, assist local residents in enrolling in Arcadia’s clean energy initiatives, and develop your skills in account management, outreach, and customer engagement. This is an opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven team while building a strong foundation in business development and leadership.
What You’ll Do as the Management Trainee:
- Engage with local communities to share information about Arcadia’s community solar program.
- Help customers understand how solar credits work and how they can save on energy costs while supporting clean energy.
- Manage customer accounts from initial contact through enrollment and ongoing support.
- Participate in training sessions focused on communication, leadership development, and renewable energy education.
- Track outreach results and provide daily updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to improve campaign strategies and outreach effectiveness.
Management Trainee Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations preferred (entry-level candidates welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Interest in sustainability, renewable energy, or community engagement.
- Reliable transportation to travel locally for community events and outreach efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,900.00 per month
