Description
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for all oversight and implementation of the intake process for Maryhurst Renewal client referrals. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and processing all incoming referrals, creating client records in the Maryhurst ECR, maintaining communication with referral partners and incoming clients, and coordinating with Maryhurst Renewal Leadership and staff to ensure the intake and client admission process is smooth and efficient.
What you'll be doing...
- Coordinate scheduling of intakes with intake therapists, clients, guardians, and/or partnering schools and agencies
- Maintaining intake/referral spreadsheets, intake scheduling calendars, referral submission sources, and client electronic records
- Generate client consent packets, review with clients/guardian, send for electronic signature, and upload to client's electronic record
- Run and analyze referral reports for Renewal Leadership and Quality Improvement

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to drive per the Maryhurst driving policy
- Strong time management and detail-orientation skills
- Successful in an environment characterized by multi-tasking and change
- Ability to effectively communicate well with staff, vendors, clients, families, partner agencies, and other community partners
