Join one of Washingtons premier wineries! Maryhill Winery is seeking line cooks to join our Woodinville Bistro staff. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available come join our team!
Responsibilities and Standards:
- Maintain a positive, team and service-oriented attitude.
- Follow prep and line procedures as set by culinary leadership.
- Accurately follow recipes and food specifications.
- Prepare menu items to established par levels with the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently.
- Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
- Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal and staff safety from potential hazards.
- Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary school training is a plus.
- WA food handlers card or SERV Safe/HACCP Certification.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate starting $20.00-$26.00 Per hour DOE
