Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to support new customer acquisition and drive overall sales growth. This role is designed for a high-energy individual who thrives in a sales-focused environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
The Inside Sales Specialist will focus primarily on generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Drive outbound sales efforts through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to order placement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow wholesale revenue across apparel, gifts, jewelry and seasonal products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently work toward and exceed established sales goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key account wholesale partners, ensuring excellent customer experience and a sales strategy to support brand and business goals.
- In partnership with the VP of Sales, collaborate with buyers to optimize assortments, manage reorders, and introduce new products.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues to maintain long-term partner satisfaction.
- Represent our brands at market, industry events and key account events, acting as an ambassador.
- Travel to see accounts and present the line where applicable.
Qualifications
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Comfortable working toward sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Microsoft Office is a plus.
