Position Overview
We’re hiring a Cookie Store Associate. You'll help with everything from baking and decorating to customer service and store upkeep — all while learning the ins and outs of running a successful cookie shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude and provide outstanding service.
- Accurately take and prepare orders, including custom cookies, boxes, and catering orders.
- Bake, decorate, and package cookies according to brand standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow opening, closing, and daily shift procedures carefully and consistently.
- Restock displays and monitor product quality throughout the day.
- Learn and uphold all food safety and store operation standards.
- Work closely with team leads and management to support store needs and special projects.
- Demonstrate initiative and leadership potential by helping train new team members and stepping up when needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
- Must have morning availability.
