- LPN Rate: $38.28 - $44.15 per hour

Part-Time Weekend Shifts Available
This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses seeking consistent, part-time hours with flexible shift options:
- Schedule: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND (SAT/SUN) DAYS
- Shift Options: Choose between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour) or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (8-hour)
Your Role: Leadership and Clinical Excellence
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be a vital clinical leader on the weekend team, focusing on two key areas:
1. Leadership & Staff Supervision:
- Supervise and coach healthcare staff, providing effective coaching and feedback for skill development.
- Serve as a positive role model and clinical resource for all staff.
- Ensure staff are properly caring for residents based on individual care plans.
2. Direct Resident Care:
- Leverage your clinical skills and knowledge in an eldercare setting.
- Identify, communicate, and document any observations or changes in residents’ health.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff at all levels to serve the needs of the residents from a holistic approach.
- Follow strict protocols, including infection control and preventive health measures.
Qualifications
- Current State of Massachusetts RN or LPN license and in good standing.
- Prior nursing experience in long-term care and/or subacute rehab setting required.
- Staff supervision experience preferred.
- Demonstrated positive attitude, teamwork focus, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to clinical care and documentation.
