Position DescriptionMurphy Deming College of Health Sciences at Mary Baldwin University invites applications for the Director of Administration and Operations position beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year.The Director of Administration and Operations will provide oversight of day-to-day operations of Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences including office management, human resources, budgeting/accounting, facilities and campus events. The Director of Administration and Operations will promote a culture of “Service Excellence” in administration and operations and set a tone of leadership that is people-oriented, collaborative in nature as well as facilitating an environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.Consistent with the mission and values of the institution, this position requires a commitment to a culture that promotes equity and inclusion. - Required: MBA degree in business or related field
- Ten years of progressively responsible work experience in office and/or operational management
