OverviewMurphy Deming College of Health Sciences at Mary Baldwin University invites applications for the Admissions Coordinator position with an anticipated start date of spring 2026.The Admissions Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the admissions process for MDCHS graduate programs (Primary responsibility for PA program) from initial inquiry, application, and acceptance, through matriculation, in collaboration with the Elsmere Education Enrollment Coaches, Program Admissions Liaisons, the Program Directors, and the AVP of Online Admissions & Marketing to meet enrollment goals for each program. - Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred
- At least two years of experience in college admissions preferred
- Proven experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office is required, and database/CRM Management tools.
- Customer Service focused with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with constituents of all levels.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must hold a valid Virginia driver’s license
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least two years of experience in college admissions preferred
- Salesforce and or Slate database experience preferred
