Advise clients

Sell insurance policies
Offer different insurance products and guide clients through the purchasing process.
Explain coverage and conditions.
Detail what each policy includes, its exclusions, and the procedure in the event of a claim, so that clients can make informed decisions.
Manage documentation and paperwork.
Assist with data collection, form completion, policy issuance, and contract renewal.
Provide follow-up and after-sales support.
Maintain relationships with clients, remind them of due dates, and assist them with managing claims.
Search for new clients (prospecting).
Conduct marketing activities, such as phone calls, visits, and social media to find potential clients.
