This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner located in Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities include managing HR strategies, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws, assisting in employee onboarding, and contributing to talent development initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with leadership teams to align HR practices with business objectives and foster a performance-driven work culture.
- Strong expertise in Human Resources Management, Strategic HR Consulting, and Employee Engagement
- Experience in Payroll Administration, Tax Filing, and timekeeping systems
- Proficiency in Employee Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and 401k Plan Sponsorship
- Proven skills in communication, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace best practices
- SHRM Certification and/or Certified Payroll Professional credentials are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with leadership and staff
