Fast growing construction company is seeking for full time Assistant Project Manager.
We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual whose Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review architectural plans, specifications, scope of work, drawings and other documents. Provide takeoffs accurately.
- Manage required paperwork for multiple projects, follow-up and follow through on tasks
- Work with estimator and project manager daily on administrative duties related to estimating and job completion
- Providing support to the Project Manager in all aspects of job to assist in properly executing the duties of safety, planning, scheduling, budgets, procurement, change orders, high-quality project delivered on time
Qualifications / Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly; adhere to deadlines; and flexibility to handle shifting demands
- Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and under pressure, as needed to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized with an ability to demonstrate meticulous attention to details, adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness and efficiency.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and in teams, and follow-through on assignments
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Must be highly motivated, organized and detailed oriented
- MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Must be authorized to work in US
*Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience in construction field,
- Ability to speak, read, and write English and Chinese
- Ability to read and interpret plans, CAD is a plus
- Mechanical Engineering a Plus
