- Manage a diverse caseload involving personal injury law, and other insurance defense matters, ensuring timely progression of each case
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case strategy and legal arguments
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and other legal documents with precision and clarity
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with experts across various fields strengthen case positions
- Maintain meticulous case files and documentation in accordance with legal administrative standards
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in New York
- Proven experience practicing insurance defense or related litigation areas such as personal injury and medical malpractice
- Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms like LexisNexis
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive legal documents and correspondence
- Prior legal experience supporting case management and client communication is preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
