The Central Kitchen Associate is responsible for creating food products through friendly, quick, efficient, accurate and safe production in the Central Kitchen Section. This is not a supervisory position.
Processing, cutting, and packaging our food product
- maintains a well-organized back stock/cooler area
- Cook hot meals (Sushi, Deli, Bakery, and Japanese food) and food prep
- Follow recipes and must accurately measure ingredients
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work and storage area
- Checks product temperature to ensure freshness and quality
- Ensures a safe and clean work environment
- Work environment will be in extreme temperature
