Apprentice Fence Installer
Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on performance)
Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (April–October)
Start Date: Hiring Now: Start March 30th
Hours: 7:00 AM start (typically 3:00–5:00 PM finish)
Location: Meet at shop and ride with crew Or meet on-site (jobs within ~45 minutes of Eden Prairie)

What You’ll Do
- Assist with fence installation (wood, vinyl, steel)
- Carry materials, dig, set posts, and help build
- Load/unload trucks and keep job sites clean
- Work alongside a crew and follow direction
- Interact professionally around homeowners
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Willing to learn and stay engaged throughout the day
