This is a Full Time Unpaid Internship
Director of Fan Engagement (Internship)
The Martinsville Mustangs are excited to welcome applicants for the position Fan Engagement Director for the summer 2026 season, with a start date of May 23rd and end date ranging between August 1st and August 10th.
As the Fan Engagement Director, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Working with the general manager, PA announcer, and president on game programming, contests, and music throughout the season.
• Responsible for all music, sounds, and walk-up songs for players.
• Contribute your individual specialty to the Mustangs press box team.
• Have the freedom to work on a personal project throughout the season.
Skills Needed:
• Experience with Spotify and other music platforms
• Experience with audio editing software
• Understanding of music usage at live sporting events
Notes:
• Housing is provided via host family
• Gym membership included
• Free post-game meals
