The Martinsville Mustangs are looking for energetic, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Game Day Operations Staff for the upcoming season.
Game Day Operations Staff play an important role in creating a great experience for our fans, players, coaches, and guests. This is a hands-on position that provides an opportunity to gain experience in summer baseball, stadium operations, event management, and game-day production in the Coastal Plain League.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparing the stadium and facilities for all Martinsville Mustangs home games and events.- Set up and break down seating areas, tables, signage, promotional areas, hospitality spaces, and other game-day elements.
- Assist with pregame preparation of the playing field, concourse, seating areas, suites, and other stadium spaces.
- Help ensure the stadium is clean, organized, safe, and ready for fans before gates open.
- Assist with game-day promotions, between-inning activities, and special events.
- Support various departments with game-day operational needs.
- Assist with directing fans and helping guests navigate the stadium.
- Help with postgame cleanup, breakdown, and securing the facility.
- Assist with general stadium maintenance and operational tasks as needed.
- Help prepare the stadium for concerts, community events, special events, and other non-game activities.
- Work with Mustangs staff, vendors, contractors, and event personnel to ensure smooth event operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the front office and stadium operations team.

- Previous experience in sports, events, stadium operations, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
- A willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities is essential.
