Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative content strategies, managing social media channels, and implementing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social listening, SEO, and branding to effectively connect with our target audience and enhance our online reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage daily social media management tasks using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing tools) to ensure consistent branding and high-quality output.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Implement social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, media outreach strategies, and relationship management initiatives.
  • Oversee branding initiatives across digital channels to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
  • Track campaign performance through web analytics and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
  • Support e-commerce activities by integrating social media efforts with online sales channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing software.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for visual storytelling through photography and video content creation.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform and other paid social media advertising options.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members.
