Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, organized Digital Marketing Manager to manage email marketing campaigns and social media accounts for multiple clients. This role combines content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, performance analysis, and client communication.
The ideal candidate enjoys developing creative ideas, connecting brands with their audiences, and managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and publishing schedules across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and publish engaging content, including written posts, graphics, photos, and short-form videos.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including campaign design, audience segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor email and social media performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and results.
- Communicate with clients, coordinate content approvals, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with our creative and digital marketing teams to support client goals.
- Explore AI tools, including Claude/ChatGPT, to improve content creation, campaign ideation, and workflow efficiency.
Our Must Haves
- Ability to work in our Jefferson City, MO office five days a week. This is non-negotiable.
- At least one year of experience in social media management, email marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating content for brands or businesses.
- Strong writing, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new platforms, marketing strategies, and AI tools.
Our Like to Haves
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Drip, Omnisend, or Brevo.
- Experience with email automation, audience segmentation, and campaign performance reporting.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or video editing tools.
- Experience with social media analytics and Google Analytics.
- Experience using Claude/ChatGPT or other AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows.
- Previous marketing agency experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
